LogLogic acquires Exaprotect

LogLogic, maker of log managment solutions, has acquired Exaprotect. The deal is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2009. Exaprotect sells security configuration change management solutions that will meld with LogLogic's strategy for a security management suite powered by log data, according to the acquisition announcement.
