NASA hacker wins reprieve

London's High Court granted permission for a review of a decision to send Gary McKinnon to the United States for trial. McKinnon is accused of hacking U.S. government computers and has been fighting extradition since July 2006. The move means that he can launch a fresh High Court challenge, and puts his extradition on hold until the judges decide whether to reassess the case. -- CAM
