Online community launched to discuss cyberthreats

A new online forum to discuss cyberthreats and offer advice launched on Tuesday. BadwareBusters.org, launched by nonprofit StopBadware.org and Consumer Reports WebWatch, is hoping to attract users with a range of information security background and expertise, from computer novices to seasoned technology pros. Visitors can browse the website by viewing topics based on date or rating -- and the site's moderators also pick out select posts that may be helpful to newcomers. — DK
