Patrick Sullivan, former vice-president for privacy and information policy at Guardent, has joined Synomos as senior vice-president of policy advisory services. Prior to this move, Sullivan was a senior manager in PricewaterhouseCoopers' Compliance Risk Management group and executive director of the Computer Ethics Institute.
