When did you first hear about the SC Awards and what prompted you to be a part of the big event?
In 2009 at the RSA show. We work very hard to be the clear security leader in the BPO space and thought the SC Awards would be a good opportunity to demonstrate our leadership.
What's a key benefit for entering your company in the SC Awards?
It's excellent recognition for all our hard word especially when it comes from SC Magazine.
To what other prominent awards ceremony outside of the security industry would you compare the SC Awards?
I don't think anything compares to the SC Awards.
How do you think winning an SC Award would impact the perceptions of your customers toward your products and services?
With security top of mind for all our customers, winning a SC Award would help our customers feel more confident and secure with Teleperformance as their partner.
