A 28-year-old Estonian man, part of global crime ring that hijacked tens of millions of credit card numbers from retailers and payment processors over the course of four years, will spend the next seven years in prison.
The settlement is just one in a long line of payoffs that followed one of the largest reported data-loss incidents on record.
