WebSpy buys Marketboomer

WebSpy, an internet monitoring and reporting software vendor, announced Friday its plan to acquire Marketboomer, a procurement and materials management system provider. In a release, WebSpy's CEO Jack Andrys said the merger is complementary because both companies offer busines-to-business solutions around internet and data manipulation, which can be applied to any industry sector.
