Updated: N.Y. bill would compel drivers involved in accidents to hand over phones to police
Two New York State legislators have introduced a bill that would require drivers involved in a car accident to immediately turn over their phone to police to be checked by a Cellebrite-made device to see if texting while driving may have caused the crash.
