A 19-year-old New Jersey man has pleaded guilty for his role in a distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attack that took down the website of the Church of Scientology. Dmitriy Guzner, who was charged in October, was part of an underground group named Anonymous. Guzner faces up to 10 years in prison when he is sentenced Aug. 24. Prosecutors have slapped three additional felony charges on David Kernell, the University of Tennessee student accused of illegally accessing Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin's Yahoo email account. Five months after being indicted, Kernell was arraigned Monday in U.S. District Court in Tennessee, where he was hit with two additional computer fraud charges and one count of obstructing justice.
