NASA hacker loses again

Accused U.S. government hacker Gary McKinnon is a step closer to extradition after British prosecutors said they will not charge him, despite his admission of lawbreaking. In speaking to CNN, prosecutors said their evidence did not reflect the criminality alleged by the United States, including nearly $1 million in damages to defense system computers.
