Chrome update patches 30 bugs.

Google Chrome released a Stable Channel Update for Windows, Mac, and Linux desktop patching 30 security bugs that if exploited could allow an attacker to take control of an affected system.

Among the vulnerabilities were five high rated flaws which included type confusion in V8, out of bounds read in V8, address spoofing in omnibox, use after free in print preview, and Use after free in Apps Bluetooth flaws, according to a June 5 press release.

The Chrome 59.0.3071.86 contains several fixes and improvements although access to details of the flaws and links may be kept restricted until a majority of users are updated with a fix. Google will also retain restrictions if the bug exists in a third party library that other projects similarly depend on, but haven't yet fixed, the release said.

Users and admins are advised to update all affected systems as soon as possible.
