Craig Gibson is an award-winning information security advisor/consultant with 11 years of project management, infosecurity consulting and investigations experience. Activities include telecom and satellite technology, e9-1-1, payment cards, voice-capture and voice-to-text issues, call center information security, criminal code issues relating to fraud and unlawful interception of communications, executive/military/government/university information security instruction, public speaking on national infrastructure security topics to visiting diplomats, and information security/privacy architecture.
Gibson's projects have involved more than two dozen countries and up to two dozen companies at once. In some cases, these have been for multibillion dollar projects. For the European Union's Project MASSIF, Gibson advises on securing a security incident event management (SIEM) platform intended for use across all critical infrastructure (water, power, telecom, commerce, others) unifying the EU in a single alerting entity for everything from cellular networks to hydroelectric dams.
He is a member of its technical advisory board through the University of Naples Parthenope of Italy – the oldest state university in the world.
