Dell unveils additional zero trust protection for Microsoft systems

SDxCentral reports that the new Identity and Endpoint Protection with Microsoft Zero Trust by Dell Technologies has launched, promising enhanced security for devices running Microsoft using zero-trust principles. The suite of services provided by Identity and Endpoint Protection include an assessment of users current environment using Dell base-level security advisory services, followed by the development of a zero-trust strategy or roadmap that considers the assessment results and customers stated goals. Dell will then assist customers in setting up a security identity control plane and the implementations necessary for data, identity and application security. Tools will include Microsoft products for identity management, multifactor authentication, conditional access control and endpoint security. Many of our customers rely heavily on the Microsoft ecosystem to keep business moving -- from Microsoft 365 to cloud workloads and more -- and its important to ensure the data within these mission-critical systems are protected with a trusted framework, said Dell Technologies Consulting Services Mustafa Hamid.
