WordPress 3.7 makes security fixes automatic for users

With the release of WordPress 3.7, users of the popular content management system (CMS) and blogging tool will have one less thing to worry about.

The latest WordPress update, called “Basie,” will now come with automatic security and “maintenance” updates for users.

WordPress founder Matt Mullenweg took to the company's blog on Thursday to inform users that the release, which “updates while you sleep,” was available for download

The new “Basie” WordPress edition will also provide stronger password recommendations for users and improve global support for the millions of individuals using the open source tool in non-English settings.
