Man steals stingray, threatens to leak nudes

In a twisted tale of cyberbullying and the theft, a man in Singapore was jailed after stealing a stingray and later threatening to leak his ex-girlfriends nude photos.

The man wasn’t brazen enough to steal a cell site simulator device from local law enforcement, but instead went to GML Aquatics, a fish farm in Lim Chu Kang, and stole the stingray after legally purchasing one from the same farm, according to local reports.

After being confronted about the five-finger two-for-one discount and being reported  to the local authorities, the man paid the owner for the stingray after admitting he stole it out of greed.

Nine months later the same man threatened to leak photos of his ex-girlfriend on social media after she threatened to break up with him.

Afraid he would follow through with the threat, she agreed to meet him in May of last year but instead reported him to the police. He was arrested again and his fishy record was revealed.
