Trump Tower, Clinton email investigation info on stolen Secret Service agent’s laptop

A thief stole a laptop containing a variety of sensitive information – including floor plans for Trump Tower and details about the investigation into Hillary Clinton's private email server – from a Secret Service agent's car, parked in the driveway of her home in the Bath Beach neighborhood of Brooklyn on Thursday night.

While the New York Daily News reported that authorities had recovered a black bag marked with the Secret Service log and some coins, it cited a police source as saying the Secret Service is “scrambling like mad” to find the laptop because “there's data on there that's highly sensitive” and has national security implications.

The thief, who also took the agent's card key and some documents, was seen on video stepping out of the vehicle during the night and grabbing the computer from the her car then walking away, the report said.
