An embedded security analyst in a mobile environment is responsible for vulnerability assessments, static/dynamic code analysis, fuzzing, penetration testing, cryptography algorithms and security research on attack vectors.
What it takes
Hands-on experience with software development in an embedded environment with a focus on kernel driver, hardware-software interface, application development, testing and troubleshooting, a deep understanding of hacking scenarios and interaction with cross-functional teams.
Compensation
Base compensation will range from $90K-$130K, often with additional incentives.
