Allgress Insight Risk Management Suite (IRMS) 7

Allgress Insight Risk Management Suite (IRMS) uses automation to help organizations manage business objectives and keep pace with rapid changes in compliance mandates. Its feature-rich platform helps minimize risk with cost-effective integrated audit, risk and compliance capabilities. This solution automates end-to-end risk management process for on-premise, cloud and hybrid environments by leveraging APIs, bots and artificial intelligence. IRMS is differentiated from other solutions in terms of time-to-value, usability, simplicity and affordability

Updates included in version 7 are vast: a completely redesigned UI and navigation, full risk exception life cycle management, risk assurance, a new reporting wizard and metrics platform, third-party integrations and smart surveys with skip logic, and much more.

Version 7 has also streamlined the entire process of reviewing risk items and approving steps. Once approval is granted at one level, it is automatically passed to the next level. If an item is rejected, it gets sent back to the requester. Assessments, remediations, reviews, and approvals can all be tracked in the Findings section. This area is configurable and has a new module nested within it, the Exceptions module, where policy and rule exceptions can be set. Policies are published in Exceptions and then tracked in Findings.

IRSM supports vulnerability scanner integrations to ingest and aggregate data for reporting purposes. Reports have role-based capabilities and are assigned to certain individuals for controlled access. All reports can be imported into customizable dashboards that can be published to control owners. The solution offers a variety of robust out-of-the-box options, including more than 90 standards, 150-plus reports, more than 350 mappings and in excess of 35 integrations to assist in achieving full and comprehensive policy management.

The Standards Mapping Table is another way to view aggregated data. It shows standards and frameworks mapped back to risks with detailed information for a comprehensive view of risk and compliance. Frameworks and standards can be imported via XML; however, customers also can choose to upload their own.

The company is completely focused on integrated risk management with a modular architecture so organizations of all sizes can leverage this product.

Starting price for a medium-sized company is $19,500; however, eight modules with flexible pricing based on five company-sized bands and annual company revenue are offered to ensure clients can ease their way into the solution. Telephone and email support are 8/5 and come standard with any subscription. All support includes updates, features enhancements, website support, knowledgebase and FAQs. 24/7 support is available at an additional charge.
