Me and my job

What's your worst nightmare on the job?
Any widespread outage of services. The scenarios range from natural disasters to a missed security patch that might impact all of our computers and anything in-between.

What annoys you?
Missed opportunities. I hate it when we are late to discover a product or service that could have made a difference. Casting your net wide for opportunities, yet being able to narrow choices down and prioritize through a process of building consensus with our constituents, is a challenging but fun part of my job.

If you had your way, what would you like to do?
Be a roadie for ESPN's college football Game Day. Seriously, I have a terrific group of people who I work with on a day-to-day basis who are receptive to new technologies and help us to be successful. I think it would be hard to find a better work environment that keeps me motivated on a daily basis.
