Kharam has led important projects for many of Herjavec Group's largest customers. For one of the world's most prominent real estate firms, he oversaw the development of their overall network security framework and built an architecture to help them migrate to the cloud. And for one of Canada's largest food manufacturers, Kharam consolidated multiple next-generations firewalls using a zero-trust approach. For that project, he converted IP and services-based firewall policies to next-generation firewall policies by emphasizing the importance of utilizing “users” as the source.
There have been other major wins: With one of Herjavec Group's newest U.K.-based global legal firm customers, he architected an endpoint solution across 29 office locations that augmented the customer's current antivirus solution and immediately remediated gaps in visibility and data transmission.
Kharam's peers say he has made an immediate positive impact on every customer he interacts with and has been an instrumental part in the company's expansion across Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom.
