Today, as CEO of vArmour, he leads the company in protecting the world's largest banks, service providers, government agencies, healthcare companies and retailers.
Julian Tran, advisor and former vice president, people operations at vArmour, says very few people can compete with Eades when it comes to his work ethic and dedication to his colleagues when they need his help. Regardless of what time zone he's in, Eades will always pick up the phone and help a colleague or friend when they really need it.

Eades also takes an active role outside the security industry, volunteering as a board member for Cake4Kids. Eades came from humble beginnings—he grew up in a small village in the U.K.
