SC Awards

2020 tested the cyber community. Let’s honor those that were up to the challenge

I am very pleased to announce that the entry period is open for the 2021 SC Awards, honoring the best in U.S. cybersecurity. Vendors and leaders from the end-user community have until Jan. 15 to submit.

Now in its 24th year, the SC Awards recognize the people, organizations and solutions that advance the community’s common goal of secure commerce and communications. For 2021, I'm happy to report, we’re making a few enhancements to expand the scope of that recognition.

Click here to learn more about how to submit entries to the 2021 SC Awards.

First, we will honor finalists and winners across SC Media’s full range of digital, social, and editorial channels the entire week of May 3. We’ll complement profiles of winners with in-depth features about the state of tech development and innovation. And we’ll deliver a series of webcasts that go right to the source – the technology leaders themselves – to find out how they manage to read the tea leaves of the market to understand how best to respond to the modern threat.

Also, in addition to the Trust Awards, which recognize security products and services, and the Excellence Awards, which recognize the top cybersecurity companies and their leaders, we will be accepting nominations for our Leadership Awards – formerly Reboot Awards – which recognize the people leading the way in the end-user community.

In that sense, from products to practitioners, the SC Awards is the only recognition program to celebrate all facets of accomplishment in  U.S. cybersecurity.

After what can best be described as a contentious 2020, let's celebrate in 2021 the stellar development and leadership demonstrated throughout the cybersecurity vendor and end-user community. With that, please take a moment to review the entry information. Should you have any questions at all, don't hesitate to reach out to me. And let's all celebrate market successes in the spring.

Best of luck to all.
