Ernst & Young have appointed two new staff to manage the Technology Security Risk Services (TSRS) unit in the UK. Richard Brown is to head the TSRS team, replacing Jan Babiak, who has acted as managing partner, regulatory and public policy since June, while Paul Sparkes will become the head of information security.
Both are internal appointments. Brown, who has been with Ernst & Young for 17 years, will be responsible for supporting global clients and advising them on information security standards and regulations.
Sparkes originally joined the company in 1993, before moving to Cap Gemini. He returned in 2005.
