Officials are investigating an 11-minute video posted on YouTube (the video has since been removed) that shows new information attackers may have obtained after hacking websites and internal systems belonging to Las Vegas Sands Corp., according to a Las Vegas Sun report.
The attack began on Feb. 10 and resulted in the compromise of company email and all Sands websites, as well as employee information, including Social Security numbers.
The video shows that other information may have been stolen too, including diagrams of Sands' internal networks, employee files, player information, and administrator passwords, including passwords for slot machine systems, according to the report.
“We have now determined that the hackers reached at least some of the company's internal drives in the US containing some office productivity information made up largely of documents and spreadsheets,” Sands spokesman Ron Reese told the Las Vegas Sun in a statement.
