Todd Fitzgerald has built information Fortune 500/large company security programs for 20 years. Todd serves as VP, Cybersecurity Strategy and Chairman of the Cybersecurity Collaborative Executive Committee, was named 2016–17 Chicago CISO of the Year, ranked Top 50 Information Security Executive, authored 4 books including #1 Best Selling and 2020 CANON Hall of Fame Winner CISO COMPASS: Navigating Cybersecurity Leadership Challenges with Insights from Pioneers (2019), ground-breaking CISO Leadership: Essential Principles for Success, as well as contributions to a dozen others. Todd held senior leadership positions at Northern Trust, Grant Thornton International, Ltd, ManpowerGroup, WellPoint (Anthem) Blue Cross Blue Shield/ National Government Services, Zeneca/Syngenta, IMS Health and American Airlines.

Renee Guttmann-Stark has more than 25 years of experience managing information security technology risk for multinational corporations. Renee is one of the first women in the cybersecurity industry. She was the CISO at Time Warner, Coca-Cola, Royal Caribbean, and Campbell Soup Company. She created the information security program for Capital One and led the architecture and implementation of the company's first customer accessible online websites. In 2021, Renee was named to the CSO Hall of Fame for her work to advance the CSO/CISO role, secure business, and inspire others in the industry. Renee is an advisor to several start-ups and Venture Capital firms. Her passion is helping teams and individuals on their cybersecurity career journey.

As Chief Information Security Officer for Wiz, Ryan leads corporate, product, and infrastructure security, as well as risk and compliance initiatives. Previously, as a security engineering lead for Meta, Ryan focused on detection & response operations, WhatsApp and Messenger security strategy, and mergers & acquisitions diligence. In prior roles, Ryan was the Chief Technology Officer for Tanium, where he oversaw platform and product strategy, and a Technical Director for Mandiant, where he led dozens of breach investigations involving state espionage and financial crime. Ryan has been an instructor for Black Hat and the FBI’s Cyber Squad, a contributing author for Incident Response and Computer Forensics, 3rd Edition, and the technical consultant for seasons 2 and 3 of TV’s Mr. Robot.

Mr. Richard Rushing is the Chief Information Security Officer for Motorola Mobility LLC.; Richard participates in several corporate, community, private, and government Security Council’s and working groups setting standards, policies, and solutions to current and emerging security issues. As Chief Information Security Officer for Motorola Mobility, he has led the security effort by developing an international team to tackle the emerging threats of mobile devices, targeted attacks, and cyber-crime. He organized developed and deployed practices, tools and techniques to protect the intellectual property across the worldwide enterprise. A much-in-demand international speaker on information security Richard has presented at many leading security conferences and seminars around the world.

Prior to ByteDance / TikTok, Roland served 10 years as Corporate Vice President and Global Chief Security Officer at ADP, Vice President and CSO of EMC, was a United States Air Force Combat Security Specialist, and an Aerospace Protection and Anti-Terrorism Specialist for the Department of Defense. He also specialized in fraud and healthcare crime as part of the United States Department of Veterans Affairs Law Enforcement Division.

Roland has been honored with numerous industry recognitions and awards, including most recently being inducted into the IDG CSO Hall of Fame, the CISO 100, Tech Exec Networks' Information Security Executive of the Year, and one of the Most Influential People in Security, by Security Magazine.

Roland is also the distinguished author of his book, ‘Becoming a Global Chief Security Executive Officer’ where he shares his expertise on how to advance the practice of security executive management, security program architecture and how to effectively plan for the future demands of leadership in global security. He is a sought-after public speaker and has been featured in global publications, national television, and has lectured for many governments and universities around the world.

Roland is active in industry development and serves on several private advisory and public boards including Blue Cross Blue Shield Association of America Cyber Sub-Committee. He also volunteers for veteran organizations such as the American Legion and 100 Nights of Remembrance.
