Parham Eftekhari is a business executive specializing in cyber and national security. He currently serves as Executive Vice President, CISO Communities at CyberRisk Alliance, leading its CISO services platform which consists of the Cybersecurity Collaborative and Cybersecurity Collaboration Forum. Parham also serves as the chairman of the Institute for Critical Infrastructure Technology (ICIT), the nation’s leading cybersecurity think tank, which he founded in 2014. Other leadership roles during his more than 15 years in this sector include co-founder and Vice President of research at the Government Technology Research Alliance, founder of the world’s first webcam cover manufacturer CamPatch, and Advisory Board member at the Ready Rock Institute. Parham has developed and authored multiple research publications, regularly engages with the media, and has addressed forums ranging from Congress, TED, RSA, and C-SPAN. In 2017, Parham was recognized by (ISC)2 for his contributions to the field of cybersecurity with the Most Valuable Industry Partner – Government Information Security Leadership Award.
Dave Ockwell-Jenner is a cybersecurity professional with a blend of technical and leadership expertise. Dave serves as Vice President of Information Security for Arctic Wolf, the leading Security Operations company. Prior to that, he had been in the aviation technology sector for over 12 years taking critical roles in designing, deploying and operating a global threat intelligence and operational risk management capability.
Ben Carr, is the Chief Information Security Officer at Cradlepoint. Ben is an information security and risk executive and thought leader with more than 25 years of results driven experience in developing and executing long-term security strategies. He is focused on solving security issues that address current business objectives while balancing today’s operational risks. Ben has demonstrated global leadership and experience, through executive leadership roles of advanced technology, high risk, and rapid growth initiatives at companies such as Aristocrat, Tenable, Visa and Nokia. While at Aristocrat Ben built a world class global Cybersecurity program from the ground up as part of a digital transformation. As a senior Cybersecurity executive at Visa, Ben was responsible for developing and leading Visa’s global Attack Surface Management team and capability. Prior to his role at Visa he led all security programs for Nokia corporate IT as the Global Head of IT Security. He has a strong technical background, product development experience, and operational awareness centered around a data centric and risk based approach. Ben is on the Board of Director for IT-ISAC, and has served on Advisory boards for Mimecast, Qualys, Accuvant, and Sentinel One. Ben has also served on philanthropic advisory boards for PKU support and awareness.
Rob founded Fractional CISO in 2017 and has helped dozens of companies improve their security posture as a Virtual CISO. Rob has held product security and corporate security leadership positions at PTC ThingWorx, Axeda and RSA Security. He consults, speaks, and writes on quantitative risk management, cyber insurance, and cybersecurity.
