Today's cybercriminals are relentless. They unleash cyberattacks with varying degrees of force and differing end goals on private and public sector organizations, public figures and naive individuals almost daily.

Charged with making cybersecurity initiatives a way of life for businesses everywhere are cybersecurity leaders like you who are tasked with not only trying to thwart these onslaughts, but also identify numerous vulnerabilities within your infrastructures that could lead to additional attacks or result in penalties against your companies because of non-compliance with a range of regulatory mandates. More than ever before, infosecurity and privacy needs have become acute to many professional leaders and everyday citizens.

Yet, too often, the resources, budget and professional support needed to adequately address these apparent necessities still remain disproportionate to the assortment of today's security challenges. Still, you must be just as unrelenting as your online adversaries in modifying and maturing information security strategies and the day-to-day tactics supporting them to effectively reinforce your organizations' business goals and, ultimately, success.

For more than 25 years, SC's goal has been to help support you in these endeavors by being your go-to information resource and today we are progressing further by rolling out a new brand name and redesigned website that sees a bevy of fresh editorial offerings.

Our brand's name change to SC Media is intended to more accurately reflect all that we do. We've also re-launched our website to offer other enhancements. Just in this first stage of changes on the site, we are providing topic centers that delve into specific key areas of information security. Our first two centers concentrate on Cybercrime and Network Security, with more to come in the near future.

As well, in addition to the long-standing contributions and guidance we've always gotten from our industry friends, we are showcasing opinions and insight from these cybersecurity leaders through our Executive Insight blogs, which also will inhabit any applicable topic centers. Still additional features have been added to our long-standing Product Reviews section with more to come for this area of the site, and we're creating new Spotlight story packages as part of our feature well. Additional quality editorial products will keep coming – from still more informational video programs and new live events to other inventive content types.

By furnishing you with independent editorial offerings – from timely news and features to robust online and live events to objective and detailed product reviews to informative videos – we've striven to ease and fortify your information and risk management planning, strategy execution and product/service deployments. This tradition of consistently evolving our editorial offerings to support you in your missions to protect your organizations' critical data assets has also been coupled with the aim to help continuously propel both this industry and executive leaders like you ever forward.

We can't do that without your assistance and feedback, of course. As you peruse the various elements on our website, send me your thoughts and let me know what else you might want to see in future. After all, just as we're here to serve you, we also flourish with your advocacy.

So thank you kindly for more than 25 years of your support and patronage and, as always, for clicking in with us.
