Adobe Addresses Code Execution Bugs in Flash Player Update

A majority of the updates were given a priority rating of 1, which indicate the vulnerabilities are being targeted, or have a higher risk of being targeted by exploits in the wild, according to the company’s Security Bulletin.

Of the total number of bugs addressed in the security update, a combined total of eight resolve use-after-free and memory corruption vulnerabilities.

Security experts that are part of the Google Project Zero program, Microsoft’s Vulnerability Research initiative, the Chromium Vulnerability Rewards Program, Trend Micro’s Zero Day Initiative, and Palo Alto Networks, were responsible for discovering the flaws.
