Dycian formerly served as head of products for identity protection and anti-fraud services at RSA. In his new role, he will be tasked with leading the development and implementation of product strategy.

Lake, who previously held a similar position at Fortinet, will be tasked with growing Proofpoint's government user base. Rick Van Luvender has been named chairman of the Payments Processor Information Sharing Council, a group dedicated to information sharing related to cybercrime in the payment industry.
