Blue-chip customers – including WebEx, Qualcomm, Time Warner Cable, Westar Energy and the Joint Improvised Explosive Device Defeat Organization (JIEDDO) – have already turned to VANTOS for the delivery of consistent, auditable, defensible and recoverable investigative results. The company is experiencing rapid growth and customer demand and achieved third quarter revenues in 2008 of more than 330 percent of plan.
VANTOS released its V-Flex product in March of 2008, and the tool exceeded its sales targets in the two quarters after its release.
The VANTOS V-Flex product allows enterprises to fully automate and manage all their investigations and investigative processes. V-Flex can run common investigations out of the box, and can adapt to meet the evolving complexity, volume and variety of enterprise investigations. The power and flexibility of V-Flex comes from the underlying V-Flex platform, a portfolio of technology capabilities, core products and best practice guidance designed to give an enterprise complete command and control of its investigations.
For fast deployment, V-Flex is delivered as a hardened appliance with a secure web-based interface that can be up and running in under an hour.
Another of the company's products, VANTOS Automated Investigative Playbooks, provide a consistent strategy for repeatability and consistency of any investigation. Playbooks contain Essential Practices that allow investigators to run a large set of commonly occurring investigations out of the box. Playbooks may also be customized or new playbooks created by either an enterprise or a VANTOS Certified Integrator.
VANTOS is committed to delivering the highest quality of customer support, both online and on-call. The company will assign a knowledgeable VANTOS support technician to each customer. By working closely with customers, support technicians are familiar with the details of each deployment and are able to provide expertise tailored to the customer's needs and their individual IT environment.Finalists 2009
