Centrify is especially proud of this ranking as it's based solely on actual demonstration of product capabilities — all of which were built based on real customer need. Centrify has been building critical solutions since 2004, and this report, along with our 96% customer retention rate, helps to underscore the company's commitment to our customers' security and success.
A True Test is Always Best
Part of my own personal pride around this report comes from the fact that, as a former IT buyer and technology implementer, this type of report has always been especially valuable to me. It's truly a product evaluation — based on the use cases that customers need most. This is not a website comparison. This isn't about who has the slickest collateral. It's not about what vendors could or might build. This is a true test based on actual product demonstrations.
The report is clear on what use cases were tested and the scoring and ranking methodologies for each. It's easy to rank the capabilities that are critical for specific businesses. It's a great tool for folks looking to understand the differences between IDaaS products — and, it's a great complement to the Gartner 2016 IDaaS Magic Quadrant.
The tests were fair and complete and I would know! I was part of the demonstration process so I can attest to the fact that the use cases were thorough and truly based in customer reality. That's why personally and professionally, I am so proud of these results. A big thanks — from all of us here at Centrify — to our customer base, who challenges us every day to build the right solutions to protect against today's cyberthreats and enable IT to drive business forward!
