The Apple device management company Jamf today announced the acquisition of Digita Security, which specializes in creating enterprise-level endpoint protection solutions for Mac users.

The two parties are not releasing the deal’s financial details and Jamf spokesperson told SC Media the deal has already closed.

Digita Security, which was co-founded by ex-NSA hacker Patrick Wardle, is Jamf’s third acquisition in the last 12 months following the purchase of ZuluDesk in February and NoMAD in September 2018.

Jamf will fully absorb the Digita Security team.
