Google pushed out the latest version of Chrome 72 containing 58 security fixes to the stable channel for Windows, Mac and Linux.
Among the fixes contained in Chrome 72.0.3626.81 were one critical, 17 high, 12 medium and four low-rated vulnerabilities with the researcher who uncovered the critical issue, CVE-2019-5754 an inappropriate implementation in QUIC Networking, taking home a $7,500 bounty.
Two of the high-rated problems, CVE-2019-5782 and CVE-2019-5755, were due to inappropriate implementation in V8. Twelve of the high and medium-rated items listed had some type of use after free issue and three medium vulnerabilities listed insufficient policy enforcement in Omnibox as the security flaw.
