Physical Security Alliance gets rolling


More than 15 companies are teaming up to to develop an open standard physical security protection system.

The Physical Security Alliance is being led by GTSI, which said that the group will cover areas such as force protection, homeland security, video surveillance, ID management and biometrics.
The Alliance said it intends to launch officially at the FOSE government IT security show in Washington, when it opens for three-days on March 23.
