Keystroke loggers are bad. I'm not certain how they are tracking keystroke logger usage, but of all malware its the nastiest because its works outside the scope of your applications security (like SSL). If you do manage to have a keystroke logger installed, a firewall that restricts outbound connections can help to prevent the logger from calling home. .com
