PersonID from 360 Biometrics can be used to provide fingerprint identification of employees, partners or any authorized person that is enrolled into the system. This product can be customized to store information - such as picture, date of birth, employee number or any other number of different pieces of content - into a database along with a fingerprint. If the information needs to be accessed, the employee just provides their fingerprint, and a record is brought up on the screen.
The installation of this product is quite straightforward and took less than five minutes. The process begins with the install of a compatible fingerprint reader on the workstation. After the fingerprint reader is in place, the tool itself is installed by running a small executable. At the completion of a short installation wizard, it is ready to go. The management interface of this program is easy to navigate with a very simple layout.
This solution is available in both a standalone version for smaller environments and a web-based version for larger enterprises.
