Secucloud Secuscaler offers security-cloud-service with next generation and IPS firewall, content filtering, reputation analyzing, global cloud intelligence, packet analyzing, SSL inspection, AV engine network scanning, APT sandbox analyzing, web-app filtering, URL filtering, email AV, and email anti-spam. It is always kept up-to-date in real-time with cloud-databases that have zero-minute update time.
The Secuscalar Global Cloud Backbone is a dynamic cloud-based cluster system with real-time syncing around the world. Organizations will not experience any latency issues when under attack as HQ takes the hit and there will be no noticeable difference. All nodes are connected with high-bandwidth and speed connections. Elastic VMs are utilized in the cloud for scalability with easier additions and build-outs. From a top-level architecture perspective, Secuscalar has encrypted VPN connections, Secure Web Gateway, Software defined WAN (SD-WAN), and firewall as a service (FWaaS).
The SD-WAN simplifies the management and operation of a WAN with higher performance using lower-cost Internet access. It can replace expensive, private WAN connection technologies like Multi-Protocol Label Switching (MPLS).
The Secure Web Gateway uses URL filtering, advanced threat defense, malware protection, and application control technologies to protect local resources from Internet threats and enforce Internet compliance policies for enterprises. The malware modules have access to state-of-the-art malware signatures which, through storage in a secured cloud, work proactively. In doing so, they are more efficient and faster in contrast with conventional solutions.
We saw an enterprise-level dashboard with an enterprise network overview, a geo-located VPN connection monitor, and customizable plugs with additional information.
The “stem cells” on the virtual machine spawn nodes on a needs-based approach. When more power is needed, 100 more nodes are spawned, and they automatically find their way. Selective node-to-node communication runs across the network. With the distributed database, every node knows everything about the entire system. There is data synchronization between dynamically structured virtual replication groups. Linear scalability is accomplished by increasing the number of nodes that increases the total linear connections. It is fully flexible and adaptable to provider networks and data center setups. When creating VPN accounts, easy scripts can be downloaded with configurations of routers. Scripts can be pushed out to device or nodes.
Pricing starts at $1.99 per user for SWG and $2.99 per user for SD-WAN/FWaaS. Full support is included, 8/5, with email and website support. 24/7 support can be purchased for an additional 30 percent of the license fee.
