Teen who reportedly hacked CIA email targeted National Intelligence director

One of the teenage hackers that reportedly broke into the private email account of CIA Director John Brennan is now claiming National Intelligence Director James Clapper as his latest victim.

The teen, known as Cracka, is part of a group that calls themselves “Crackas With Attitude”, (CWA). He told Vice's Motherboard that he broke Clapper's personal email, home phone and internet accounts, and his wife's Yahoo email, and other connected accounts. Cracka also claimed to have changed the settings to redirect incoming calls from the house number to the Free Palestine Movement.

A spokesperson for the Office of the Director of National Intelligence confirmed the hack to Motherboard on Tuesday, but declined to give further comment.

When asked why he did it, Cracka replied “I just wanted the gov to know people aren't (expletive deleted) around, people know what they're doing and people don't agree #FreePalestine.”
