With business continuity still a top priority this year, enterprise software-defined network and cloud platform provider Masergy is collaborating with Cisco Webex to improve its unified communications as a service solution, reports Computer Weekly.
The cloud-based UCaaS solution integrates Cisco’s Webex application and Masergy’s hosted unified communications calling platform into a single application, which improves user experience.
“Companies of all sizes are looking for a no-hassle migration path to cloud communications,” said TalkingPointz enterprise communications analyst Dave Michels. “This offer combines multiple services, thus reducing the burden on the customer’s IT to deliver and secure communications. It also simplifies installation and troubleshooting time."
According to the company, users will gain a highly reliable global communications experience when they pair the Masergy UCaaS with Cisco Webex solution with Masergy’s Managed SD-WAN Secure connectivity services.
