Darren Guccione, CEO and Co-Founder of Keeper Security, stressed that consumers need to up their password complexity and be proactive when it comes to protecting their data, both in and out of the home.
Guccione discussed this issue with SCMagazine.com Senior Reporter Adam Greenberg during a recent interview.
“Over 75 percent of breaches are the result of either weak passwords or poor password management,” Guccione said, adding the most common mistake Keeper Security sees is the implementation of weak passwords like password12345 and replicating those passwords across multiple sites.
