Brian Witten

Brian Witten is vice president and chief product security officer of Raytheon Technologies with responsibility for enterprise risk management of product cybersecurity for all of the company’s products and services to customers. In this role, he leads the RTX Cyber Operations, Development and Evaluation (CODE) Center, which is chartered with supporting the entire company by developing and transitioning processes, tools, standards and curricula applicable to multiple businesses. Before joining RTX, Brian held engineering and research leadership roles at Symantec and DARPA (the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency) – spending over 20 years building security into a wide scope of products, ranging from spacecraft to consumer electronics, critical infrastructure and other systems now used in banks, hospitals and factories. Brian also served our nation in the U.S. Air Force.
