Krista Arndt serves as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at United Musculoskeletal Partners (UMP), overseeing the safety and security of patients and employees. With a background in crypto, finance, and defense, Krista brings extensive experience to her role, ensuring the continual improvement of UMP’s information security program in line with business objectives. She actively contributes to ISACA, Infragard’s Philadelphia Chapter, Neumann University’s Business Advisory Council, and Women in Cybersecurity-Delaware Valley Affiliate, where she mentors aspiring cybersecurity professionals, particularly women. Beyond work, Krista pursues her passion for overcoming challenges on the race track, competing in national drag racing events with her family and advocating for neurodiversity awareness and inclusion.
