Mark Daryl Rasch

A world leader in data security and privacy law, including data breach and ransomware response, internal and external investigations, and regulatory compliance, Mar. Rasch has appeared as an expert on various news outlets, and was responsible for the prosecution of the first computer hacker case under federal law.
