Rebecca Herold

Rebecca Herold is the founder (2004) and CEO of The Privacy Professor consultancy, and she is also CEO of the Privacy & Security Brainiacs SaaS services business she launched in 2021 with her son Noah. Rebecca has over 25 years of systems engineering, information security, privacy & compliance experience. Rebecca has authored 22 books. Most recently published is the second in the Privacy & Security Brainiacs, “Cybersecurity for Grandparents and Everyone Else!” series of books, “Q4 2021 Edition: IoT Security and Privacy.” In 2022 she is finishing another of her many books published by Taylor & Francis / CRC Press titled, “Security & Privacy when Working from Home & Travelling.” Rebecca has also written dozens of book chapters and hundreds of articles.
