She currently holds multiple product certifications and data related degrees, with her PhD in Data Science slated to be completed this December. As the Head of Product Intelligence at Telesign she helps create the overall vision and strategy of Telesign’s ML/AI product offerings, and ensures Telesign delivers a friction right experience to help businesses stop fraud. Shelby lives in Seattle, Washington where she hopes to reduce manual effort to fight fraud and make the digital identity ecosystem a safer space.
