Tracey Brand-Sanders

Tracey Brand-Sanders is an Executive with over 20 years of experience helping public companies and non-profits transform their Technology Human Capital to deliver sustained outcomes and become trusted advisors. Tracey has a proven record of building and supporting industry-leading capabilities in highly regulated organizations across multiple business unit segments.

Currently Tracey is the VP & Global Chief Information Security Officer for UGI Corporation, which is an international distributor and marketer of energy products and services, including natural gas, LPG, electricity, and renewable energy solutions, and employs 10,000 people and services over 2.5 million customers. Tracey leads the Global Cybersecurity program that span 17 European Countries and the U.S.

Before Tracey joined UGI, she was the former Director & Business Information Security Officer of Prudential Group Life Insurance. Tracey held various leadership positions within the financial industry and played a key leadership role on councils that focused on Privacy, HIPAA, SOX, Enterprise Risk Management, Records Management, Information Security, and Fraud.

Tracey is an active member of her community. She is a Board of Director of the Urban Affairs Coalition, an Executive Board Member of Valley Forge Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, a member of the National Association of Parliamentarians, an Advisory Council Member of SecureWorld Philadelphia, a Governing Body member of Evanta Philadelphia CISO Inner Circle, a Leadership Board member of the Philadelphia CISO community Cybersecurity Collaboration Forum and, serves on the Board of Trustees for the Enon Tabernacle Baptist Church in Philadelphia.

Tracey earned an M.S. in Cyber Security from Saint Leo University, an M.B.A. from the Donald R. Tapia School of Business at Saint Leo University, is a summa cum laude graduate from Chestnut Hill College with a dual degree in Business Administration and Human Resource Management.
