Pranava is the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Bedrock, a pioneer in frictionless data security. A product-obsessed engineering leader with over a decade of experience in data protection and security, Pranava has a proven track record of building dynamic teams and delivering cloud-scale products in high-growth environments.

Before becoming an Entrepreneur in Residence at Greylock Partners in 2020, Pravana was a Software Development Manager for AWS, where he worked with Fortune 500 CISOs to develop innovative products for data risk and compliance. Previously, he was a founding engineer at Rubrik, a SaaS data protection platform.

Pranava graduated magna cum laude from the University of California, Berkeley with a triple-major in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering and Operations Research, and Economics. He later obtained his MS from Berkeley in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research.

Pranava is passionate about creating equity in tech and serves on the board of Advancing Women in Tech. Pranava is also an avid cyclist.
