CRA Business Intelligence asked respondents to their March 2023 study which people skill they rank as the most important. Problem solving came in number one on the list, with 48% of respondents saying it is the most important people skill for incident response. Another 20% of respondents ranked it number two on the list of people skills, further underscoring the skill's value among responders.
