According to a March 2023 study by CyberRisk Alliance Business Intelligence, 49% of security responders say a shortage of qualified staff poses the greatest challenge to incident response. Lack of budget follows in topping the list, with 46% stating a lack of budget is also an obstacle for their organization's incident response.
